Orders that are
Fulfilled by Seller
and have reached Awaiting Shipment
will automatically be fetched into EcomSend.Key enhancements

Fulfillment Sync
EcomSend now supports bi-directional fulfillment syncing, depending on the TikTok shipping method.
Seller Shipping: Shopify → TikTok Shop
When you fulfill an order in Shopify:
- Tracking number and carrier sync automatically from Shopify to TikTok Shop
- Helps you stay compliant with TikTok’s fulfillment SLA
TikTok Shipping: TikTok Shop → Shopify
When you purchase shipping labels on TikTok Shop:
- Fulfillment details sync from TikTok Shop to Shopify
- Prevents accidental double fulfillment
- Keeps Shopify and TikTok Shop aligned
