So far this app works pretty good. Only issue I see is:
1.) Inventory in Shopify Catalog does not update after a sale on Tiktok is made. It should subtract what ever item sells on tiktok bt it does not. This can create issues with other platforms where inventory is impertaive to be correct. For instance our inventory is used for listings on Ebay and etsy as well as Point of sale and our website. By EcomSendFeed not doing real time updates it cause items to oversell causing issues with sellers and buyers.
2.) Tracking. Once an item sells on tiktok it is packed up by seller with tracking added. This tracking number is not updating the sale on Tiktok. It is not a major issue but is one that will help sales and service flow more efficiently.
Now it is possible I missed a setting somewhere for both of the above issues but would appreciate any feedback on this

We fully understand how important both points you mentioned are for merchants:
- Inventory sync: after an order syncs, the stock in Shopify will be automatically deducted.
- Fulfillment sync: when you fulfill in Shopify with tracking, it’ll be pushed to TikTok Shop.
Both of these improvements have already been added to our roadmap, and we’ll keep you updated here once they’re released.
